EnsamienHub is an independent student project built for ENSAM Casablanca students. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official application of ENSAM Casablanca.

What we collect and why

We only collect what the app needs in order to work. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Name, email address, profile picture, account ID
Received from Google when you sign in
To create and manage your account and identify you when you sign in
Your section / filière
Set by you in your profile
To show you the right timetable and course materials
Workspace content
Created by you in the app
To save your resources so they persist across sessions
Notification token
Generated by your device if you enable notifications
To deliver announcements about schedule changes and deadlines

What we do not collect

Your location
Your contacts, photos, camera or microphone
Advertising identifiers — the app shows no ads

Who we share it with

We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. We use the following providers, which process data on our behalf in order to run the app:

  • Google Firebase Authentication — sign-in
  • Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications
  • Google Cloud Firestore and Storage — storing app data and documents
  • Google Analytics for Firebase — anonymous usage statistics

How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep it longer by law.

Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored on access-controlled Google Cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data from your profile page
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Turn off notifications in your device or browser settings

Children

EnsamienHub is intended for university students aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
